RIHA – As the territory surrounding Kobanê liberated by the YPG/YPJ continues to increase, citizens holding a border vigil in the town of Suruç in Turkey greeted the resistance.

Hundreds of citizens formed a human chainalong the border between the Turkish and Syrian sides of Kurdistan in Turkey's Urfa (Riha) province. They held a moment of silence for those who lost their lives in the resistance.

The solidarity vigil members waved the flags of the PKK, KCK, YPG, YPJ, YDG-H and KJA at their border action.
