QANDİL- Tens of thousands from all four parts of Kurdistan as well as from abroad flocked to Kandil for Newroz celebrations, despite the rainy weather.

Carrying the flags of the PKK, KCK, YPG and the posters of the PKK Leader Abdullah Öcalan, tens of thousands of people have been flocking today to the area in the Enze region where the Newroz rally will take place. Thousands of others left their cars and headed up the muddy roads on foot to reach the celebrations.

The square of Newroz was decorated with KCK flags and posters of Öcalan as people in traditional Kurdish clothes continue flowing into the square.
