ISTANBUL –Peoples' Democratic Party (HDP)candidatesrunning for Turkey's Parliament signed an LGBTI group's agreement on LGBTI rights.

The Association for Social Policities, Sexual Identity and Sexual Orientation Studies (SPoD) prepared an election declaration, thatHDPcanddiates signed in Istanbul yesterday. SPoD is running a campaign for LGBTI rights in Parliament, asking candidates to commit to make LGBTI issues visible in the Parliament and defend LGBTI rights, according to SezenYolsun of SPoD.

Candidates feminist lawyer FilizKerestecioğlu and women's struggle notableHülyaİmak signed the declaration.
