QAMIŞLO – Women organized as a commune in the city of Qamişlo met to design an educational program for summer school in the city.

Women of the Qamişlo Women’s Commune, schoolteachers and members of the Bureau for the Protection of Children met to discuss providing education during school holidays, after local families noted that there was a need for education to continue both for children’s development and their entertainment.

The program will involve crafts, music, sports, theater and language activities from 8 a.m. to noon.
