NEWS CENTER - Turkish army jets bombed the Haftanin guerrilla-held area yesterday night.

On July 24, the Turkish Armed Forces launched an intensive air strike campaign against the Medya Defense Zones, an area held by Kurdish guerrillas in the mountains of Southern Kurdistan (Iraq's Federal Kurdistan Region). Last night, Turkey's jets resumed bombing, with an air strike targeting the Haftanin area.
