ESSEN - It has been asserted that Kewê Öztürk from Varto(a city of the Eastern Turkey) and an Afghan woman commited suicide in Essen/Germany. Kewê's body were sent to her country. Kurdish women organisations in Europe said " The only way to prevent the deaths is organising and awakening."

The reason of suicides have been asserted welding the trauma of migration. It was stated that Kewê had to migrate from Varto to Essen 15 years ago as a political refugee. She had adaptation problem and she didn't know German. Also she had to struggle with the cancer and many other diseases.
