ANKARA - Idris Balu, the HDP's group vice president and Diyarbakir PM, noticed that 143 civilians have been killed so far with the declaration of curfews and he asked to establish a commission under the roof of the Parliament to expose those responsible in order to prevent the death.
Idris asked a parliamentary investigation concerning the curfews( have been declared many times after June 7) and the massacre of civilians. Idris said, " The Justice and Development Party (AKP) wanted to win their power back(The Justice and Development Party (AK Party) lost its parliamentary majority after the election on June 7) so they disregard the will of the people by creating a war. 143 civilians have been killed since June 7.

They think a 35 day old baby is not a civilian.

Idris indicated in the proposal that six curfews have been declared in Silvan until now and 20 civilians have been killed during the curfews. 30 civilians have been killed in Cizre where the curfews have been declared 3 times. 7 civilians have been killed until now in Nusaybin(ongoing curfew imposed on November 13). The people have worry for death toll rise. The temporary Minister of AKP's government Ahmed Davutoglu said, " No civilian lost their life in Cizre during the operations." while one baby(35 day old) was killed.


In the continuation of the proposal.

The curfews have been declared in the cities where HDP took vote more. Special forces and security guard staff have attacted the cities. Snipers have placed on minarets and high buildings in the blockaded city and they have hunted the children, elderly,women and men. People have been struggling to stay alive in the environment without electricity, water and food.

Whoever is responsible must be brought to book.

The curfews have been imposed everyday in one place or sometimes two places. They have destroyed the cities. There is a force who attacts the cities with State security forces. They call themselves as 'Esedullah Force' who look like Deash. Our country turned

The civilian deaths must be investigated.

The initial task of the State is that the lives and property of its citizens. The civilians deaths must be investigated and the responsibles must be found and be sent to trial.
