AMED - DBP Diyarbakır Provincial Organization calls all people to the Dağkapı square against the blockade in Sur district of Diyarbakır. The students started to stage a sit-in at the square.

DBP Diyarbakır Provincial Organization indicated that they are anxious about security of life in Sur and they calls all people to Dağkapı Square. DBP made a statement. They said in the statement, "Our co-mayors, the HDP MPs and representatives of civil society organizations will gather in the Şeyh Said Square(Dağkapı) at 14:00 to lift the curfew and to avoid the potential loss of life. The mentality who think ensure public order by declaration of curfews is wrong. We call them to end these practices immediately.

They open fire from helicopters

According the report received, on the other hand, they are opening fire from helicopters and attacking the people with bombs. Mothers of Peace are resisting against the attacks. The crowds who went to Dağkapı Square are singing.Dicle University students are also at the Square.
