AMED - Tahir Elçi, the Head of Diyarbakır Bar Association, honored after one week the same hour when he was killed. Türkan Elçi and Rakel Dink attended the commemoration. Rakel Dink said, " I share the same pain with Türkan. It is very difficult to live in one country where such precious lives brutally killed.

Tahir Elçi,Diyarbakır Bar Association was killed on November 28 in Sur district of Diyarbakır. He was honored by the lawyers of Diyarbakır Bar Association in the in the cemetery of Yenişehir. His wife Türkan, his daughter Nazenin Elçi, the wife of Hrant Dink Rakel Dink, Fırat Anlı,the co-chair of Diyarbakir Metropolitan Municipality and many lawyers attended the commemoration.

We will follow about these massacre

Ahmet Özmen, Diyarbakir Bar Association Vice President, spoke on the commenmoration. He said, " Although it has been over a week of his death, no investigation has been initiated and no one has been also taken into custody yet. I give my word to you, I will follow about the massacre."

Even if it costs of my own life, I will find out who killed you

Tahir Elçi's wife Türkan Elçi said, " I will do everything to find his murders even if it cost of my own life. I will struggle for Tahir Elçi till end of my life."

I share the same pain with Türkan

The wife of Hrant Dink started to speak after Türkan Elçi. She said, "" I share the same pain with Türkan. It is very difficult to live in one country where such precious lives brutally killed. We hope the deaths and massacres will be ended. I condole with the family. I wish the consolation of the Holy Spirit.
