MÊRDÎN - Mehmet Taşdemir(12) has been shot and wounded in front of his home in Dargeçit where the curfew has been imposed for 13 days.

Mehmet Taşdemir(12) was shot when he was playing in front of his home in Tepebaşı neighborhood of Dargeçit district of Mardin where the curfew has been imposed for 13 days. Mehmet has been wounded in his hand as a result of firing by special forces. The neighborhood residents called the ambulance and they carried Mehmet to ambulance with a white flag.

The people do not take a step back

The people in Dargeçit have made the noise action since the attacks started on December 10. The people battered the pots and pans to make the sounds to protest the attacks and they shouted the slogan ‘Viva the resistance of Kerboranê’ till morning. The Dargeçit people are negotiating the embargo with great solidarity and support. They share their foods with each other.
