ŞIRNEX – Şirin Altay has heavily wounded when the artillery shells fired from the tanks to his house.

The soldiers have fired many artillery shells and mortar bombs to Başak, Cudi, Barbaros, Nuh and Yeşiltepe neighborhoods of Silopi district of Şırnak. A piece of shrapnel hit Şirin Altay in his house. Şirin has heavily wounded in the attacks. The citizens and representatives called ambulance but the ambulance came to spot a hour later. The father of 3 children with disabilities Şirin was taken to Silopi State Hospital.

Yusuf Aybi'nin (80) died of heart attack when the tanks fired the artillery shells to his house on December 17. After 7 days, today his body was taken to Silopi State Hospital’s morgue.
