TIL TEMIR - 11 women in Tel Temir traffic center direct traffic as they solve all problems which people inform them.

Rojava women have been a symbol of resistance in the whole world. They have formed the basis of the nation's democratic system by organizing while they are taking a part in the defense units against the external attacks. A traffic center was formed in Til Temir, a city of Cizirê Canton. The women are playing an active role to direct the traffic.

Stating there are 11 women in the traffic center, Hemrîn Ebdella, from the traffic center of Tel Temir, said, "We have gotten ahead in two years. Before there were many accidents in this area, but after the forming of the traffic center, accidents have become less than before. The women control many roads. Arab and Assyrian women also join us. Women solve all problems by themselves."

Jiyan Rîso, another officier in the traffic center, said, "We go out on patrol to protect the city. We control traffic but also we check identity cards. Women take a part in all of life. Women do not only pioneer in defense; they are also taking the part in political, economic, social and ecological areas. Kurdish women become a symbol of resistance in the whole world."
