ŞIRNEX - Turkish state forces attacked the Dicle neighborhood of Şırnak last night. A municipal staff, Eyüp Üstek was shot and wounded by sniper. He remained on the street for long time. Eyüp was taken to hospital. However, he couldn't be saved.

Dicle neighborhood of Şırnak was declared its self-government. State forces attacked the neighborhood last night. A municipal staff, Eyüp Üstek (23) was shot and wounded in the foot by sniper during the attacks of state forces around 21:00 p.m., while he was going out to get in his car. Eyüp couldn't be evacuated to hospital due to ongoing state forces's attacks. Finally, he was evacuted to Şırnak State Hospital. However, he couldn't be saved despite all medical efforts. He passed away at the hospital.
