ŞIRNEX – State forces began to strike the neighborhoods and rural areas around the Nusaybin and Şırnak with tanks after 24-hour curfew was declared in these two cities.

After 24-hour curfew went into effect last night at 11 p.m. in Şırnak’s center, artillery fire began on the city. The attacks began in the city from Çakırsöğüt Gendarmerie Station which is situated on north of the city and 23nd Gendarmerie Border Division which is situated on the East of the city. The attacks have carried out intensively in Gazipaşa and Yeşilyurt neighborhood of Şırnak. Meanwhile, the rural areas around the city have struke with tanks.

The attacks have intensified in Nusaybin

After the martial law under the name of “curfew” was declared in the Nusaybin district of mardin, state forces’attacks have intensified in the Fırat, Abdulkadirpaşa, Yenişehir and Dicle neighborhoods of Nusaybin. Armored vehicles, which have been deoplyed on İpekyolu, have razed the houses in Fırat and Dicle neighborhoods with artillery fire. Many ambulances were sent to the neighborhoods.
