ŞENGAL - A sister and brother, who are innate deaf-mute, had to take refuge on Shengal Mountains against Daesh gangs' attacks. They are intertwining like friends despite all difficulties of life.
Waching the children who run around and joke with one another and sometimes joining their game, are a source of joy for us. It was a sunny day. I was walked around the Shengal Mountains and waching around. I caught attention of two children. I heard some voice but I didn't understand if they talked. I wonder and I apprıached them slowly. They were one girl and one boy. They were two beautiful children. The girl's name is Saadet, she is eight years old. The name boy is Sait and he is seven years old. And then, I leaned that two children are deaf-mute and they are sister and brother.
Not hearing anything and speaking. I wondered how they could communicate. I tried to contact them by using body language. The children were calm. They joked with one another without hurtinh each other. Saadet tried to tell me something. However, I didn't understand what she wanted to say. Two children understand each other without talking and hearing. They are sister and brother and also friends. Their hearts beat with a great happiness which spreaded to Shengal Mountains-wide. I believe that this happiness will be inherited from generation to generation on Shengal Mountains with peace.
