AMED - "Curfew" has been declared in the Silvan's 18 villages and hamlets where a military operation has been launched since morning.

Clashes have continued in rural areas of the Heciçerkez, Dêrikamiqûre, Mistika, Sitêniye and Xapa villages of Diyarbakır's district Silvan since morning. Today, Silvan Governor published a statement on its web site. According to the statement, the Governor has declared "curfew" in the Boğazönü, Dêrikamiqûrê (Demirkuyu), Özlüce, Dönenkaya, Taraklı, Esenyol, Malahirmo (Darısever), Kanîspî (Gürpınar), Herşen (Arı), Taxikê (Taşpınar), Kurbeyt (Çiğdemli), Toklar, Ferhend (Kayadere), Malaelîkê (Kazandağı), Kalemli, Arataş, Kepo (Başdeğirmen) and Pınar villages of Silvan and Silvan's hamlets. The curfew started today at 11 a.m. and it will continue until further notice." Meanwhile, the village headpersons were called and informed about the curfew.
