MÊRDÎN - Nusaybin Municipality personnel Birsen Tokay has been detained.

Birsen Tokay who works in Mitani Cultural Center which operates within the Municipality of Nusaybin was taken into custody at the entrance of Diyarbakır. Birsen was taken to Mardin Police station.
