KOBANÊ - Kobanê women reacted to the attacks on the Sheikh Maqsoud neighborhood of Aleppo by gangs’ members. Kobanê women stated that sovereign powers, which attack civilians with massacre policies, will lose against the people’s resistance.

Women, who work with Democratic Autonomous Administration of Kobanê Canton, condemned the attacks on the Sheikh Maqsoud neighborhood of Aleppo by gangs’ member with a press statement in fron of the headquarters building. Vice president of the Executive Assembly Bêrîvan Hesen made the statement in behalf of women. Bêrîvan saluted the resistance of Sheikh Maqsoud against the attacks of gangs’ members. Bêrîvan said, “How Kobanê liberated heroically, the same heroism has taken place in Sheikh Maqsoud. Women and children have been massacred by Ahrar al-Sham and Al-Nusra which are collaborators of the Syrian opposition.”

Bêrîvan said, “We will never accept these massacres and we believe that the people in Sheikh Maqsoud will continue to resist despite all difficult conditions. This resistance will win.”

The statement was ended with slogan “Martyrs are immortal”.
