ŞIRNEX - Urgent Expropriation has been declared in the İdil, Cizre, Kızıltepe, Yüksekova, Çukurca, Kayapınar and Bağlar districts by a cabinet decision.

As genocidal attacks have continued in Kurdistan, Urgent Expropriation has been declared in the İdil, Cizre district of Şırnak; Mardin's Kızıltepe district; Yüksekova Çukurca district of Hakkari and Kayapınar and Bağlar districts of Diyarbakır by a cabinet decision after Sur and Silopi. The decision has been announced in the official gazette (The national and only official journal of Turkey that publishes the new legislation and other official announcements).
