AMED -17-year-old Semra Çelik, who was shot in the head by police in the Kayapınar district of Diyarbakır one week ago, passed away while receiving treatment in hospital. Semra was buried in her village Balpınar today.

17-year-old Semra Çelik was shot in the head by state forces on April 5 in the Kayapınar district of Diyarbakır. Semra was seriously wounded and taken to Dicle University Faculty of Medicine. Semra couldn't be saved in the hospital. Her family took Semra's funeral from the hospital and buried her in the Balpınar village of Sur.
