10 corpses held in Şırnak State hospital

ŞIRNEX – 10 dead bodies, including one of a woman, have been held in Şırnak where genocidal attacks have continued. Local sources have confirmed 10 corpses have been held in Şırnak State Hospital while authorities of hospital haven’t given any information.


Genocidal attacks under the name of “curfew” were begun in Şırnak on March 14, 2016. As genocidal attacks have continued in the city, 10 corpses as reported to being belong to the members of the Civil Protection Units (YPS)/ Women's Civil Defense Forces (YPS-JIN), have been held in the Şırnak State Hospital. While the authorities of hospital haven’t given any information about this issue, the sources in hospital said that 10 dead bodies, including one of a woman have been held in the morgue of the Şırnak State Hospital.

The General Coordination of the YPS announced the name of the YPS members, who died during the resistance of self-government in Şırnak. The names which the YPS General Coordination announced are; “Ceylan Sayar (nom de guerre Rengin Şerefxan), Gurbet Kaya (nom de guerre Jiyan Amara), Salih Batmaz (nom de guerre Mazlum), Sekvan İlhan (nom de guerre Andok Zana), Yusuf Aybak (nom de guerre Şoreş Goyi Masiro), Şeyhmuz Koç (nom de guerre Botan Nusaybin), Ömer Aslan (nom de guerre ohat Van), Yasin Elçi (nom de guerre Tolhıldan Çırav), Mehmet İnal (nom de guerre Diyar Cudi) and Mahmut Sürgit (nom de guerre Şervan Cudi). The YPS General Coordination stated that they would give the four members later.

Ceylan Sayar (nom de guerre Rengin Şerefxan) was buried in Saray by her family several days ago.
