NEWS CENTER - As genocidal attacks have continued in Şırnak, Silopi, Nusaybin and Yüksekova, state forces have bombed nonstop the neighborhoods of Şırnak.

ŞIRNAK

Genocidal attacks have entered in the 33rd day in Şırnak. State forces withdrew from İsmetpaşa neighborhood after five special forces members died due to a building collapsed in the neighborhood. Heavy clashes erupted between state forces and the Civilian Defense Units YPS/YPS-JIN in the Vakıfkent and Tekzer neighborhoods. The most violent clashes erupted in Ömer Kabak Square. Many ambulances were sent to clashes area after the clashes which continued until late hours.

The bombardment has continued in the city. State forces attacked the Bahçelievler, Yeni, Dicle, Cumhuriyet, İsmetpaşa and Gazipaşa neighborhoods by using tanks, artillery and howitzer. Fire broke out in many houses during the bombardment.

SİLOPİ

The last 24- hour curfew, which was declared on April 4, has entered in the 12nd day in the Silopi district of Şırnak. There isn't any clash in the district, but, the District Governor announced that the curfew will continue.

Meanwhile, the houses in Barbaros and Başak neighborhoods, where urgent expropriation was declared, have been demolished for four days by state forces.

State forces have conducted raids on houses in the district since the curfew was declared. 16-year-old Mevlide Akbaş was detained during these raids. Mevlide was sent to court for arrest. Mevlide was sent to Şırnak T Type Prison on charges of "being a member of a terrorist organization".

YÜKSEKOVA

Martial law under the name of "curfew" has continued in Yüksekova (Kurdish name: Gever) district of Hakkari for 35 days. Esentepe and Esenyurt neighborhoods, where there isn't any clash, have been blockaded by armored vehicles. PÖH standing for Police Special Forces and JÖH for Gendarmerie Special Forces conducted raids on many houses in the district. The raids are continuing in the district.

NUSAYBİN

As martial law have continued for 34 days in the Nusaybin district of Mardin, armored vehicles, which were positioned at the border of Qamişlo-Nusaybin, bombed the Kışla and Zeynelabidin neighborhoods. Meanwhile, armored vehicles, which were positioned on İpek Avenue and the road of Former State Hospital bombed Fırat and Abdulkadirpaşa neighborhoods last night.
