QAMIŞLO - Baas regime forces attacked the center of Qamişlo located in Cizîr Canton on April 20. Three members of the People's Defense Units (YPG), seven members of Asayish (Public Security) forces and 17 civilians were killed in the clashes erupted between regime forces and YPG/YPJ. The killed people will be buried in Qamişlo tomorrow.

10 of 17 civilians, who were killed, were buried by their families. The names of the killed civilians, who will be buried tomorrow are; "Xade Bederi Derwîş (41), Bêrîvan Ebidlîwa (17), Nêrvîn Ebidlîwa (8), Hêlîn Ehmed Nasir (10), Basil Şêx Daûd Reşîd (22), Semer Silo Hewaş (15) and Mihrîcan Hesen Reşo (56)."
