The man named Aziz Ç. gave himself over to the police by going to district police department after he had killed a woman named Nuborakhon Usmanova in Başakşehir district of Istanbul. He gave his testimony in the police department. His cold-blooded testimony drew attention. Aziz Ç. said that he repeatedly beat Nuborakhon. He said, "I had beaten her everyday in the past. She died that time. I don't understand how." Aziz was sent to jail after his testimony in court.
