İSTANBUL – Teachers in Peyami Sefa secondary school located in the Bağcılar district of Istnabul lead the students to pray for Turkish Gendarmerie Special Operation (JÖH) and Police Special Operations (PÖH).

The mentality that turns the schools into headquarters as a result of the policies ofpillage and genocide in Kurdistan and writes “It’s JÖH turn to teach”on blackboards, it lead the students to pray for Turkish Gendarmerie Special Operation (JÖH) and Police Special Operations (PÖH) in West of Turkey. According to the claim, the students in Pyami Sefe Seconday School, located in the Bağcılar district of Istanbul, are regularly subjected to pray for JÖH and PÖH members those who have launched operations in Kurdistan by a teacher whose name cannot be learned. The parents, those who don’t want the children to be targeted, stated that they are uncomfortable with this implementation. As the school administration doesn’t deny the prayer ritual, they said they do that due to “volunteering”.

One of the parents M.A said that he felt uncomfortable when his brother came to home and told him about the prayer ritual. “Their teacher came to their class and he read the prayer for JÖH and PÖH and he asked from the children to say “amen”. We experienced such situation when we were students in elementary school. I don’t approve the teachers force the children to do that.”
