KOBANÊ- Turkish soldiers opened fire on civilians who were crossing the border. Two civilians were died; one civilian has been seriously wounded.

Several civilians from the village of Merkabe 27 km to the east of Grê Spî were shot by Turkish soldiers while trying to cross the border into Turkey at around 08:00 this morning. Two civilians died and one civilian has been seriously wounded.

According to initial reports, those killed as result of the opening fire are 22 years old Mustafa Mihemed and 40 years old Gul Mihemed Temo from the Şêran village of Kobanê. The wounded civilian has been identified as Ebdulgani El Eli.
