WAN - Dicle News Agency (DİHA) reporter Şermin Soydan was detained yesterday in Van for her news headline "Secret operation document in Gever". Her detention period has been extended. Another reporter of DİHA Nedim Türfent, who was detained in Van yesterday, was taken to Yüksekova and he was sent to the court for arrest.

Dicle News Agency (DİHA) reporters Nedim Türfent and Şermin Soydan were detained in Van yesterday. According to report, Şermin was detained for her news headline "Secret operation document in Gever" published on February 21 by the order of Hakkari prosecution. Şermin's detention period has been extended. Şermin testimony will be taken by Hakkari prosecution via Audio and Video Information System (SEGBİS).

Meanwhile, another DİHA reproter Nedim Türfent was taken to Yüksekova after he had been detained in Van yesterday. He was sent to the court for arrest on charged of "being members of a terrorist organization".
