Şırnak Police Department paves the way for its defense about Hurşit Külter's case

ŞIRNEX - No information has been obtained from the Democratic Regions Party (DBP) Şırnak executive Hurşit Külter since he was detained in Şırnak. Şırnak Police Department, that has remained silent about Hurşit for 27 days, has begun to pave the way for its defense for the European Court of Human Right (ECHR) and United Nations (UN) through a lawyer from Şırnak Bar.
Democratic Regions Party (DBP) Şırnak executive Hurşit Külter has disappeared since he was detained on May 28 in Şırnak. No information has been obtained from Hurşit despite all attempts. Şırnak Police Department has tried to clear the crime through lawyer following the increase calls from the public.
European Court of Human Right (ECHR) and United Nations (UN) called on Turkey for defense about the whereabouts of Hurşit Külter. Thereupon, Şırnak Police Department that has remained silent for 27 days, called a lawyer from Şırnak Bar to make an examination where the witnesses indicated.
The eyewitnesses said that Hurşit Külter had been taken to Gümüştepe Special Operations Branch Office of Şırnak Police Department after he had been detained. Then, he had been taken to 23rd Gendarme Border Division Command.
Şırnak Police Department called a lawyer of Şırnak Bar without any request from the prosecution and they stated that the lawyer can make an examination in 23rd Gendarme Border Division Command and Şırnak Police Department. Şırnak Police Department has tried to pave the way for its defense for the European Court of Human Right (ECHR) and United Nations (UN) without informing the lawyers of the Human Right Association (İHD)
