37 people arrested in Lice released

AMED - 74 people were detained while trying to go Lice against military attacks and forest fire. 37 out of detained 74 people were released last night. Other 37 people are still held in Police station.
74 people, including the Democratic Regional Party (DBP) and Peoples' Democratic Party (HDP) co-chairs, headed to Diyarbakır's Lice district to be human shield against ongoing military operations and forest fire in the town on June 24. However, they were stopped at the entrance of the town and detained. 37 out of 74 people were released last night.
Accused of "supporting a terrorist organization" 37 people were taken to Diyarbakır Courthouse after health control in hospital. 25 citizens were released after being interrogated. Other 12 citizens were released under judicial control.
The name of some released people are as follow; Nalan Gözen, Özlem Noyan, Rezan Ay, Arzu Akşahin, Bermal Birtek, Celile Akgül, Dilfikar Döğer, Fikriye Tanrıkulu, Gülçin Bozkuş, Gülistan Kılıç, Hasine Alak, Hasret Akay, Hayat Akyol, Halime Bayram, Kadriye Özcanlı, Afife Kolakan, Abdulah Dengiz, Afif Durğaç, Ahmet İnmez, İzzet Evruk, Kerem Canpolat, Mazlum İldan, Mehmet Aslan, Mesut Tura and Mustafa Heval Candan."
According to reports, 37 people, who are held in Diyarbakır Headquarters, will be sent to court today.
