French photographers came to Diyarbakır within the scope of "Renewal Project of the Ben u Sen" (Ben u Sen: You and Me) put into practice by Diyarbakır Metropolitan Municipality and Rennes Municipaliy with the support of UN. They gathered with children in Dengbêj House by organizing a workshop. Shengal children who live in Nursery Living Area and Sur children, who live in Suriçi aged between 9 and 15 years old attended the workshop organized for solidarity. The children had opportunity to express themselves by attending to photo, music, painting and videos studies.

François Legeoit, Gael Le My and Tony Rublon have carried out studies for three weeks in workshop. The studies of children will be exhibited in Parkorman tomorrow at 6:00 p.m.

François Legeoit expressed their satisfaction to work with children. He explained the effect of the art on children and he said that children move a little bit away from the traumas by paiting and taking photos. François stated that expressing themselves through art provides children to think better, peaceful and practical.
