AMED - Evrensel daily reporter Serpil Berk and Hasan Akbaş, Hayatın Sesi TV cameraman Fırat Topal and Reuters photojournalist Sertaç Kayar were detained following bomb attack against a police vehicle near the Ten-Eyed Bridge.

A police vehicle was hit by a huge blast while passing by the Ten-Eyed Bridge in Diyarbakır's Sur district yesterday. Evrensel daily reporter Serpil Berk and Hasan Akbaş, Hayatın Sesi (Voice of Life) TV cameraman Fırat Topal and Reuters photojournalist Sertaç Kayar were detained while covering the blast. Four journalists were taken to the Provincial Police Department Anti-Terror Branch (TEM).

Four journalists have been held under detention since last night.
