AMED -Five people who died in a blast that occurred in Diyarbakır last night have been reported to be of the same family.

A police vehicle was hit by a bomb attack while passing by the Ten-Eyed Bridge in Diyarbakır's Sur district last night. Five civilians in a civilian vehicle between the police vehicle and the bomb-laden vehicle passed away in the blast. The five civilians have been identified. Behiye Yıldırım (56), her daughters Derya Yıldırım (25) and Demet Yıldırım Aydın (30) her grandson Oğuz Kaan Aydın (5) and granddaughter Çelin Naz Aydın (2) died at the scene. Another civilian in the vehicle named Necati Yıldırım was seriously wounded and taken to Selahattin Eyyubi State Hospital.
