ANKARA – A new Statutory Decree was published in the Official Gazette last night. According to the Statutory Decree, the moveable property of municipalities can be seized. Staff members of the municipalities can be suspended by the governor and district governor.

The Statutory Decree no. 672, 673,674 have been published in the Official Gazette. Thousands of public officers have been suspended from their duties by the Statutory Decree no. 672. According to the Statutory Decree no. 674, the moveable property of municipalities can be seized by Civilian Administration Manager if the governorate determines that they are used in an action directly or indirectly, and staff members of the municipalities can be suspended by the governor and district governor.
