ISTANBUL – The blockade in Gazi Neighborhood has entered in the third day. As police detained people with helicopter-supported, police attacked people those who protest the operation last night.

Police blockade has continued in the Gazi Neighborhood of Istanbul’s Sultangazi district for three days. Police raided the office of the Hasan Ferit Gedik Fight against Drugs Center and took the patient in the center on August 30 and they pulled down the People Assembly and entered the Kemal Pir Park with crane.

As the blockade of special forces has continued in the neighborhood, police launched operation named “peace operation” and raided cafes, restaurants and shops in the Fevzi Çakmak Avenue and detained many people last night. Police attacked people those who protested the operation.
