Gendarmerie conducted house raids in the Ibrahiman village of Bingöl and detained a woman named Dilan Keser. According report received, Dilan Keser graduated from the Guidance and Psychological Counseling in the Department of Educational at Tokay University last year.

As the ground of detention hasn’t been learned, Dilan Keser was taken to Tokat where she studied.
