The border gate opens for ISIS not opened for Eylem!

ISTANBUL – The body of BÖG fighter Eylem Ataş hasn’t been given to her family for 80 days, the Ministry of Interior responds the demands as “our border is closed”.
United Liberation Forces (BÖG) fighter Eylem Ataş passed away on June 27 while fighting against ISIS by joining the operation to liberate Manbij. The body of Eylem Ataş hasn't been given to her family for 80 days. Family and friends of Eylem have begun the legal struggle in order to take the body of Eylem to Turkey and bury her. Mehmet Ataş applied to the Ministry of Interior on the behalf of Turkey Human Rights and Equality Institution regarding to the issue. The Ministry sent a document to Mehmet Ataş and states that there is not an official respondent in Syria due to the war and the border gate in Şanlıurfa is closed.
