ŞIRNEX – While the people have begun to return to Şırnak, where the curfew has been lifted, the city is still being destroyed. The people cannot even find their homes due to the destructions in seven neighborhoods.
Curfew, which was declared in Şırnak on March 14, has been partially lifted. Seven neighborhoods of Şırnak have been flattened and the siege in the city has continued. Special forces members are almost everywhere in the city by carrying long barreled weapons and open fire around the city. The special forces prevent the journalists from doing their jobs.
Sexist graffiti
Sexist graffiti have been observed in the city like other towns, where attacks were launched against the demand for self-government.
The traces of the YPS and YPS-JIN members were tried to be obliterated; however, the people are constantly talking about them.
The entrances to neighborhoods aren’t allowed despite the lifted curfew.
