MÛŞ/RIHA -Police raided the buildings of Bozova Municipality of Urfa and Malazgirt Municipality of Muş, and the search continues in two buildings.

Police raided the building of Urfa’s Bozova Municipality, held by the Democratic Regions Party (DBP). Police took all the municipal employees out and searched the building for two hours. After appointment of trustee to Suruç Municipality, Urfa governor ordered Bozova, Halfeti and Viranşehir Municipalities to submit all their decisions to district governor. The municipalities didn’t recognize this order and didn’t submit the decision to the district governor and municipal works came to a standstill in the districts.

Meanwhile, police raided the building of Muş’s Malazgirt Municipality in the morning. Co-mayor Halis Coşkun has been detained. Police search in the building continues.
