EFRÎN – November 25 activities and actions began under the leadership of the Kongreya Star in Afrin Canton with the motto, “Women are strong-willed persons and they protect themselves by becoming conscious”, have continued.

Women, who lead the Rojava Revolution, which is known as “Women’s Revolution”, have conducted a series of activities on the occasion of the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women 25 November. Activities and actions, which began on November 16, will continue until November 25.

Kongreya Star held a meeting in the Heftaro of Efrin Canton’s Bilbil district on the occasion of the November 25. Sureya Mistefa, co-chair of the Movement for a Democratic Society (TEV-DEM) Assembly, indicated that women’s freedom and nature should be known very well and continued, “The entire world knows the resistance of the YPJ female fighters. Rojava women play an active role in every aspect of life and gain great benefit.”

Women in Efrin Canton and Aleppo will hold activities until November 25 with the motto, “Women are strong-willed persons and they protect themselves by becoming conscious”.
