ISTANBUL - Two men have been arrested in relation to an August 8 attack on a women's dormitory in Istanbul.

On August 8, attackers entered a women's dormitory at Boğaziçi University in Istanbul. The men wounded one student with a razor blade. Two brothers have been arrested in Istanbul in relation to the attack.
