AMED – Turkish police have slain an 18-year-old young woman, Ruken Demir, in the main Kurdish city of Diyarbakır.

18-year-old Ruken Demir was sitting outside her home in the Bağlar district of the main Kurdish city of Diyarbakır when police shot her in the head from an armored vehicle. Ruken lost her life on the spot. Ruken’s family is currently waiting at the morgue to retrieve her body for burial.
