AMÛDÊ - Thousand women gathered in Amûdê to protest the violence against women on the occasion of November 25.

Thousand women from Canton of Cizîrê gathered in Amûdê to march on the occasion of The International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women on 25 November. Perwîn Mihemed Emîn from Council Member of the Legislative Assembly of Cizîrê Canton drawed attention to the struggle of women in the World. She said, " The unity of women can prevent the violence against women." Perwîn said, " All women united in Rojava, so that the women proved their existence. The Rojava Democratic Autonomy works out with the unity of women."

The Vice Minister of Executive Council, Elîzabêth Gaweriyê and Co-President of Parliament of TEV-DEM, Edalet Umer made the statement too.
