İSTANBUL - The journalists Can Dündar and Erdem Gül have been arrested because of showing the MIT(National Intelligence Agency)sending weapons into Syria with the trucks.

Can and Erdem have been accused to charges of being members of a terror organization, espionage and revealing confidential documents. They were taken into custody on Thursday night. After they gave their statement, they were arrested.

In January 2014, Can and Erdem published a news in the front page of newspaper Cumhuriyet. The story was about MIT Trucks which were intercepted by Turkish security forces .MIT has been accused to send the weapons to Islamist rebel groups in Syria.
