AMED - The police opened fire to people while they were protecting the attacts to The Four Columns Minare.

Accourding to reports,many people gathered in Sur the district of Diyarbakır.with the call of the Diyarbakır Bar Association to protest the attacts to The Four Columns Minare. One group made a statement. After the statement the police opened fire to the people. It was reported, "one journalist and many people have been wounded."

Tahir Elçi,Chairman of Diyarbakir Bar Association and many journalist had to shelter in one store. The police announced 'Evacuate Street'. The police has been imposed a blockade in Balıkçılar Başı neighborhood of Sur. The snipers started to open fire to people on the roof of Clas Hotel.
