AMED - The people gathered to condemn the massacre of Tahir Elçi with the call of the Democratic Party of Regions(DBP) Diyarbakır Provincial Organization. First,the police threw the tear gas to the people then they opened fire to people.

Tahir Elçi was shot by police while the Diyarbakır Bar Association lawyers and people were making the statement against the attacts to historical building The Four Columns Minare.

Despite the attack the people are still continuing to gather in Sur the district of Diyarbakır.
