DERSÎM - The second Dersim Peace Conference has been organized by the Youth Initiative for Social Peace. The first day, the families who lost their children in conflictual process, were visited.

The second Dersim Peace Conference has been launched by the Youth Initiative for Social Peace in Dersim(Tunceli). The conference is dedicated to Tahir Elçi, the Head Diyarbakır Bar Association who was killed in Sur district of Diyarbakır. The conference will continue for three days. The members of Youth Initiative for Social Peace, Alevi grandfathers and artists visited the families who lost their children in conflictural process. Initiative spokesman Ferhat Güven said, " We will never desist from ask the peace. You, our precious mothers always advise us, the peace envoy Tahir Elçi, the Head Diyarbakır Bar Association gave his life for the peace, now we take on his task. We give our words to our mothers that we never desist from ask the peace."

Alevi grandfathers asked to restarted the Imrali talks(İmralı island where Abdullah Öcalan is imprisoner). Local singers and women sang the song 'Daye Daye'.
