AMED - The polices interfered the crowd who marched against the curfew in Sur with tear gases and water cannon. The crowd staged a sit-in.

Sibel Yiğitalp and Feleknas Uca, the HDP Diyarbakır representatives, Zübeyde Zümrüt ,the KJA Coordinating Member and the mass gathered in front of AZC Plaza in Ofis to march Sur district of Diyarbakır where the curfew is imposed for 8 days. The polices have interfered to the crowd. Sibel Yiğitalp, the HDP Diyarbakır representative told the polices that they are going to Sur to end the deaths. Sibel also said, " You have friends there too. We march to not remain silent for deaths. The conscience comes before the law." Then the police reponded, " We enforce the law not conscience." The mass started to march despite the obstruction of the polices and then the polices have interfered the mass with tear gases and water cannon.

The mass started to stage a sit-in

The mass regathered in Ofis and they started to stage a sit-in there. Sibel Yiğitalp, the HDP Diyarbakır representative said, "We are going through a process in which the curfew have been declared for fifth times. The AKP declared a war against Kurdish with an anti-democratic rights. The Kurds want to live humanely and live their culture but the AKP declared a war against them. We have not known what is going on in Sur for days. Only the partisan medias are allowed to shoot inside. These people will protect their children,history and theirselves whatever you do."

After sitting a while, the mass disbanded.
