NEWS CENTER - n Oslo, the Nobel Peace Prize Laureates receive their Nobel Peace Prize from the Chairman of the Norwegian Nobel Committee in the presence of King Harald V of Norway on December 10 the anniversary of Alfred Nobel.

Tu Youyou has become the first Chinese woman to win a Nobel Prize, for her work in helping to create an anti-malaria medicine. The 84-year-old's route to the honour has been anything but traditional. The 2015 Nobel Prize in Medicine has been given to Chief Professor Tu Youyou after a speech by Professor Hans Forssberg.
