ŞIRNEX - The women in Balveren said, " We will build the commune life." The women produce the coffee, soap and muffins with the trees of Bıttım(grows in the Eastern Anatolian region in the South, Bıttım is wild pistachio). The women explained us their commune life while they were cooking the Bıttım coffee around the fire. The men lost their function in all areas. Gundike Melî is asked from us now.

Staying away from modern life, the women choose to integration in the nature. The women who live in Balveren (Gundike Meli) village of Şırnak, said, " We built the commune life and we will continue it. The women benefit from every opportunity of all seasons. They berry the fruits and vegetables from the foothills of the mountain. Medine Yıldız(70) planted the Bıttım trees in her garden and she produce the coffee,soap and muffins from Bıttım. She said, "It is season to produce the Bıttım coffee. Bıttım coffee is a traditional coffee in this area. It is a drug of infection gribal.

Gundike Melî is asked from the women

The coffees made by Bıttım are called as pistacia coffee, Kurdish coffee and Bıttım coffee. The Bıttım coffee are made by women. Bıttım coffee recuperatives many diseases and it is good for the cardiovascular diseases and it supports the body resistance. Medine said, " Women work in the village and man lost already their function in all area so the village is asked from the lwomen."

We live life as it should be

Medine told us how they produce the Bıttım, " We berry the Bıttım before the snowing time. We leave fallow them for a while then we roast them. We pure them and put them in the jars. We cook the coffee. The Bıttım coffee is made with milk. Once we produced the Bıttım muffins when we took a bite from it, we never felt hungry. We don't produce the Bıttım coffee only, we also produce the Bıttım Soap. I wash my hairs with Bıttım Soap. My hair is healthy."

We solve our problems ourselves

We form a commune life in the village, said Nesibe Yıldız. The women in village work together. We produce the Bıttım productions together. We berry the fruits and vegetables from the foothills of the mountain together. When we have problems, we solve them together. We live in the happiness of producing something with our labor. We are happy to live in the village and to be in touch with nature.
