AMED - Sibel Yiğitalp, the HDP representative and Abdullah Akengin, the ex-mayor of Dicle started a sit-in Ofis. The people are gathering there to support them.

After the attacks against the people who marched to protest the blockade in Sur, the protests are being continued in many places of Diyarbakır. The polices battered and detained the kids in Ofis then Sibel Yiğitalp, the HDP Diyarbakır representative and Abdullah Akengin, the ex-mayor of Dicle started a sit-in the main boulevard of Ofis which connected with the streets of Gevran, Ekinciler and İstasyon. Sibel said, " They just want to hurt the people by killing the civilians. We won't end our action till the blockade is lifted. They can't gross us out with their massacre policy. The civilian people in Sur can not supply their needs. That's enough, we will continue to resist.

Many people gathered around Sibel and Abdullah to support them.
